Weird filter effect. I would like the blur a lot more if there were a single flower in the center in VERY sharp focus, with all of the lines going into it. The color is nice, but the blur looks like something I could do in photoshop.

yea, I see how the out of focus center might take away from the photo, and in fact, if it was actually done in photoshop on a sharp photo, it would've looked better in that sense, if this was to be a simple flower photo with a blur.. this was taken with a long shutter speed and the effect was achieved by zooming in while the shutter was open (called the zoom effect), so the focus shift can't be avoided (I actually chose the more out-of focus version to submit because the sense of motion was much better).. perhaps I should've put it into the abstract category, that would make more sense.. :)
